Julene Litke

Julene Litke is a Leadership Coach and Consultant passionate about helping others cultivate healthy, thriving organizational cultures—environments where people grow, collaborate, and lead with resilience, while minimizing frustration, hurt, and burnout. With over 40 years of leadership experience across multiple sectors, she brings seasoned insight and practical strategy to her work with pastors, ministry leaders, and
organizational teams.

Since 2016, Julene has coached and consulted through her practice, Next Level Leaders, where she specializes in leadership development, organizational consulting, and training for both church and business leaders. She offers targeted support to churches with 75–250 members, equipping pastors and teams to foster sustainable, growth-supporting environments. Her coaching emphasizes the identification and transformation of growth-inhibiting leadership behaviors, empowering leaders to build strong teams and healthy ministries. Julene brings a warm, strategic, and results- oriented approach to coaching, helping leaders navigate challenges and lead with clarity and confidence.

She is credentialed with the International Coaching Federation, Maxwell Leadership Certified Team, Christian Coaches Network International, International Christian Coaching Institute, and is a certified AccuMatch Behavior Intelligence Coach. She holds a BA in Organizational Leadership from the University of Oklahoma and is actively involved in both local and faith-based communities.

Julene is also a licensed minister and has served as an executive pastor, deepening her understanding of the dynamics pastors and ministry leaders face. She is the founder and visionary behind the Apostolic Coaching Network, established in Spring 2024 to strengthen and support coaches who align with Apostolic faith and values.

She and her husband, John, have been married for 43 years. They have two grown children and three grandchildren. Outside of coaching and ministry, Julene enjoys spending time with her family and embracing adventurous pursuits—especially cliff jumping.
