Julene Litke

Julene Litke is a Leadership Coach and Consultant who is committed to helping others create and sustain healthy organizational environments – cultures where people thrive and grow and frustration, hurt, and burnout are minimized. With 40 years of leadership experience across multiple sectors, she brings valuable insight and strategy into her work with pastors and ministry leaders.

Through her coaching practice, Next Level Leaders, Julene specializes in leadership coaching, consulting, and training tailored for church and business leaders. She offers organizational development for churches of 75–250 members, equipping pastors and ministry leaders to implement and sustain healthy environments. By addressing growth-inhibiting and unhealthy leadership habits, she fosters resilience, growth, and long-term success for her clients.

Julene is accredited with the International Coaching Federation, Maxwell Leadership Certified Team, Christian Coaches Network International, International Christian Coaching Institute, and is an AccuMatch Behavior Intelligence certified coach. She has a BA in Organizational Leadership from the University of Oklahoma and is actively involved in her community.

Julene is a licensed minister, currently serving as Executive Pastor for Paseo Church in Oklahoma City, OK. She is also the visionary behind the Apostolic Coaching Network, which she founded in Spring, 2024. She and her husband John have been married for 43 years and have two grown children and three grandchildren. Beyond ministry and leadership development, Julene enjoys family time and adventurous pursuits like cliff jumping, reflecting her love for challenges and triumphs.
