April Coonfare
Bio
April Coonfare is a Certified Health and Life Coach who works with faith-driven leaders and high-capacity professionals who are experiencing burnout, emotional exhaustion, or chronic stress. Through faith-centered coaching and practical health strategies, she helps clients restore emotional stability, rebuild sustainable rhythms, and care for their whole health without stepping away from the roles they are called to serve.
With nearly two decades of experience in the healthcare field and over ten years in church leadership, April understands firsthand the hidden toll that serving and leading others can take. While balancing the demands of medical work, ministry leadership, and family life, she experienced the quiet weight of burnout that many leaders carry behind the scenes.
In June 2025, after walking through her own season of physical, emotional, and spiritual exhaustion, April stepped away from her hospital career and followed the calling God placed on her heart to help leaders recover and reset. That step of faith led to the creation of Divine Reset, her coaching practice devoted to helping leaders restore their health and renew their capacity to serve.
Today, April partners with leaders who are tired of running on empty but remain committed to their calling. Using a whole-person approach that integrates biblical principles, nervous system support, and practical mindset and health coaching, she helps clients:
• Develop calmer, healthier daily rhythms
• Respond to stress without overwhelm
• Establish boundaries without guilt
• Break stress-driven habits
• Rebuild physical and emotional resilience
• Lead and serve without losing themselves in the process
April believes that true restoration addresses the whole person—spirit, mind, and body. Through supportive accountability, practical tools, and Christ-centered guidance, she helps clients experience sustainable renewal so they can continue fulfilling their God-given assignments with clarity and strength.
April is grateful for her husband, her son, and the support of her church community. In her free time, she enjoys hiking, camping, cooking with her husband, exercising, traveling, and experiencing new cultures. She brings a compassionate and attentive presence to each coaching relationship, creating a safe and supportive space where clients can be heard, valued, and equipped to move forward with confidence.
