Julene Litke is a Leadership Coach and Consultant with a burden for reducing pastoral burnout and increasing the capacity of the next generation of leaders. With over 40 years of leadership experience across multiple sectors, she brings valuable insight and strategic guidance to her work with pastors and ministry leaders.

She is the Founder and President of both the Apostolic Coaching Network and Next Level Leaders, specializing in leadership coaching, consulting, and training for church and business leaders.

Julene holds credentials with the International Coaching Federation, Maxwell Leadership Certified Team, Christian Coaches Network International, and the International Christian Coaching Institute. She is also a certified AccuMatch Behavior Intelligence Coach. Julene holds a B.A. in Organizational Leadership from the University of Oklahoma and has served as an officer on multiple boards.

Recognizing the critical role leadership development plays in preventing burnout, Julene specializes in leadership and organizational development for churches with 75–250 members. She provides coaching and leadership training to help implement and sustain healthy ministry environments.

Julene is a credentialed minister with the United Pentecostal Church, Inc. Over the years, she has served in various leadership roles including Children’s Ministry Director, Church Administrator, and Executive Pastor. She and her husband John have recently founded Alongside Ministries – a support team that comes alongside pastors of small churches to provide the assistance, support, and encouragement they need to move beyond the obstacles that overwhelm and discourage them. Married for 43 years, they have two adult children and three grandchildren. In addition to ministry, leadership development, and spending time with family, Julene enjoys cliff jumping.

Eli Lopez serves as the President of Christian Life College. Prior to this, Eli was involved in leading various ministry departments under Pastor Kenneth Haney and Pastor Nathaniel Haney at Christian Life Center in Stockton, CA. He has a BA in Bible and Theology (Christian Life College), an MA in Theological Studies (Evangel University), and a PhD in Interdisciplinary Studies: Biblical Studies, Ministry, and Leadership (Amridge University). Eli and Regina Lopez have been married for over 25 years and have three children: Avery, Alyssa, and Grant. The Lopez family is actively involved in Bible Quizzing.

Dr. Neil Jepson has worked in the mental health field for over 25 years. He received his master’s degree in 1999 and his doctoral degree in health psychology in 2008. Currently, he is working as a health psychologist at Carle Health Foundation, where he assists individuals with various physical and mental health challenges. He is also developing innovative programs in integrated behavioral medicine. Over the course of his career, Dr. Jepson has specialized in treating chronic pain, illness, trauma, and addictions. His passion lies in providing care that treats the whole person—spiritually, physically, cognitively, and emotionally.

Dr. Neil Jepson holds a General License with The United Pentecostal Church International (UPCI). His ministerial activities include serving as the Outreach Director at his local church and teaching Bible studies both at the church and the local county jail.

He was one of the founding vice presidents of Apostolic Moral Purity, an endorsed ministry of the UPCI that is dedicated to helping individuals struggling with pornography addiction and other sexual sins find true and lasting deliverance through Jesus Christ.

As a Regional Clinical Liaison for the Center for Apostolic Counseling, Dr. Jepson recruits and supports other clinicians within the Apostolic faith.

As Outreach Director at the Apostolic Pentecostal Church of Bloomington, IL, Dr. Neil Jepson leads and participates in evangelistic efforts within the local community. His responsibilities include serving as a liaison with the local elementary school, coordinating and expanding the church’s food pantry, and conducting church services at the county jail.

Most recently, Dr. Jepson was appointed as the Christian Prison Ministry Coordinator for the Illinois District of the UPCI. In this role, he will support and develop jail and prison ministries across the state of Illinois.

Brian Kinsey is the Senior Pastor of First Pentecostal Church of Pensacola, Florida. He has 50 years of ministry experience, having served as an evangelist for many years, held a previous pastorate in Louisiana for five years, and served in the headquarters of the United Pentecostal Church in St. Louis Missouri as Youth President and as Secretary of the North American Missions Division.

Kinsey holds an MA in Theology and has authored seven books:

Pastor Kinsey and his wife, Lanette, have three children and five grandchildren.

Dr. Christopher Graham is an ALJC Pastor of Full Harvest Church and a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Board Approved Supervisor with over 15 years of clinical experience ranging from private practice in rural Oklahoma to intensive outpatient psychotherapy in urban Baton Rouge. He has diverse clinical experience as a Community Mental Health Integrated Care Director for the Oklahoma Department of Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services and helped to develop the first state-operated Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic.

Dr. Graham participated in a teaching fellowship and a research fellowship with Tulane University throughout 2023, and in January 2024, Dr. Graham began his academic career as a Social Work Professor at East Central University in Ada Oklahoma. Finally, he also actively owns and operates a private practice which allows him to effectively function as a fully licensed apostolic and Spirit-led therapist and consultant. Specific interests and research is centered around mental health, including crisis management, marriage development, pre-marital counseling, suicide management, depression, self-esteem, PTSD, anxiety disorders, and many other diagnostic concerns. He is passionate about time-limited and meaningful interventions that lead to powerful and impactful outcomes.

Wanda Wyser brings more than five decades of ministry experience to her role as an ACN board member. She and her late husband pastored churches in Louisiana and Illinois and also served as interim pastors of a Spanish congregation in the Bronx, NY. Throughout their pastoral ministry, Wanda led daily prayer, directed the women’s division in each congregation, and coached women in spiritual, emotional, and marital growth.

Together, Wanda and her husband ministered across the United States and internationally, teaching Bible school in the Dominican Republic and Haiti, as well as ministering throughout the Caribbean Islands. They also served as chaperones with the original Apostolic Youth Corps (then known as International Youth Corps), traveling to Haiti, Puerto Rico, New York, Boston, and Alberta, Canada.

Wanda and her husband co-taught marriage seminars and co-founded Life Catalyst Institute, where they developed the Life Catalyst Curriculum, offering resources for coaching, teaching, and consulting. The program expanded to include a coaching certification and master’s diploma in coaching.

Following her husband’s passing, Wanda has carried forward their shared legacy through Wyser Way Coaching, where she supports individuals with diverse needs. Her coaching specialties include stress management, relationships, ministry encouragement, and personal growth. She is certified through both Life Catalyst Institute and Kingdom Builders Academy.

Wanda treasures her family—two daughters, three granddaughters, and one grandson. She enjoys music, cooking, exploring ethnic foods, traveling, hosting, and connecting with people. The beauty of nature remains one of her greatest joys.
